At our dojo, we believe that Judo is more than just learning how to throw — especially for young children.
It’s a powerful way to foster confidence, discipline, respect, and teamwork from an early age.
Key Objectives:
・Learn Courtesy and Respect: Bowing, greetings, and following dojo rules.
・Develop Physical Skills: Coordination, balance, flexibility, and body control.
・Build Safety Awareness: Learn how to fall safely breakfalls(Ukemi) to prevent injuries.
・Encourage Social Skills: Cooperate with partners, take turns, and support others.
・Stay Active and Have Fun: Enjoy games and Judo-based activities designed for kids.

<Kids Class / 9~13 years old>

Our Judo classes for children aged 9 to 13 offer a fun and structured way to learn Judo techniques while also developing essential life skills.
We focus not only on physical ability, but also on respect, teamwork, and self-confidence.

<Judo Fitness Class / Over 14 years old + Seniors>
Authentic Judo for Teens and Adults – All Levels Welcome!
Our classes for ages 14 and up are designed for a wide range of students — from complete beginners to experienced judoka. Whether you're aiming for a black belt, looking to improve your fitness, or wanting to embrace Judo as a lifestyle, we offer structured, supportive training tailored to your individual goals.
