・Always wear some form of footwear when coming to the club. If you arrive barefoot, you will not be allowed inside Flipz Academy area. This is a strict hygiene matter and applies without exception (including to all children).

・Remove footwear at the entrance gate and do not walk in the gym area while wearing footwear. Carry footwear to the Judo area.

・ Do not enter the trampoline or equipment areas without prior permission from staff.

・Children must be supervised at all times before, during, and after sessions.

・Always follow all instructions provided by coaches and staff.

・Any breach of these conditions may result in immediate suspension or permanent exclusion from the club.

・Place the footwear you removed at the gate in front of the right-hand door inside the Judo area. This applies to parents and spectators as well.

・When using the indoor restroom, you must take your footwear with you and wear it.

・Wear a clean uniform for each class.

・Do not come directly from work or other activities if you are dirty. Please shower before participating in a session.

・Keep your fingernails and toenails trimmed short.

・If your hair is longer than shoulder-length, tie it back.

・Remove all accessories and any metal objects while on the mat.

・Do not eating food in the club area.

・If you feel injured or unwell, inform the instructor immediately.

・Do not come to the club if you have an infectious disease or illness until you have fully recovered.

・Do not interrupt the coach with unrelated matters during instruction. Talk about other things after the class.

・Do not walk away from the coach or wander during instruction or technique demonstration. You may wait to get a drink, but there's no need to check your phone.

・Do not talk to the coach or other students while a technique is being taught. The coach will take questions afterward.

・If you arrive late, quietly bow to the coach. If the coach is instructing, wait until they have finished speaking.

・When the coach is talking, remain standing, seated, or kneeling. Lying down or lounging is disrespectful.

・If you need to leave early, inform the instructor. Avoid making this a habit.

・Bow when entering and leaving the mat.

・Respect everyone in the club, regardless of their level or background.

・Always show gratitude and remember to say “thank you.”

・Focus on learning and helping each other rather than winning or losing.

・Avoid using insults or aggressive language.

・Do not speak loudly while waiting for the next class or after the previous class has ended.

・Mobile phones should be silenced or put away during class.

・Help create a positive and supportive training environment.
